USAGE

 

Shake well and apply to dry hair and scalp in sections, holding the bottle around 4-8" from the scalp or hair. Use fingertips to distribute amongst scalp and hair.

    Favorite dry shampoo

    I've tried several types for my very fine, quick-to-oily roots. I recently switched to looking for aerosol-free options and single ingredients like arrowroot powder which help a little but most of the above either added to the greasy/waxy look, and/or put a white cast on my hair if they didn't clog the dispenser first.

    My hair is a bland auburn that turns dishwasher at the roots a day or so after washing.

    This dry shampoo addresses the lack of volume, greasy look, and even improves the color without standing out too much. It does tint the scalp a little bit which might look strange for wide parts, but seems to help hair look denser. Oh! And my scalp doesn't feel smothered or sensitive like it does with other brands.

    The only one I'll use

    Love it. If you're going to use a dry shampoo, why not one with added benefits? Does a great job of absorbing grease. Gets me an extra 2-3 days between washes. Color is neutral, yet somehow enhances my own. Will never buy another dry shampoo again.

Styling tips for getting optimal results from our dry shampoo:

Yes, Wait A Sec® contains our signature, 100% natural scent, non-synthetic fragrance, of cedar and sage. It's a subtle, unisex scent that keeps your hair smelling fresh between washes.

A little goes a long way! Larger, aerosol dry shampoo bottles are made up of 70-90% propellant. Wait A Sec® is aerosol free, meaning we can contain its active ingredients in a smaller vessel. Plus, our high velocity pump allows for precise, even distribution. We’ve measured and estimate that each bottle contains about 500 pumps.
