SHIPPING

We offer free shipping on all orders via USPS Priority Mail. Shipping typically takes around 5 business days after your order has been processed. After you place an order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. If you have any issues, please email us at hey@areygrey.com.

At this time we are only shipping within the United States, but we hope to be international soon.


RETURNS

Because our products are perishable and cannot be resold, we cannot accept returns. If your product was damaged during shipping or you are not satisfied with your purchase, we want to work with you on making things right, so please contact us at hey@areygrey.com


SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

If you have used Arey products consistently for 3 months and have not seen results, please let us know. We’d like to understand more about your hair and lifestyle. We will issue a full refund if you're not satisfied with your results. 


CANCEL ANYTIME

While we hope that you love our products, we understand that sometimes you need to pause, cancel or change the frequency of your subscription.
