SHIPPING & RETURNS
We offer free shipping on all domestic orders. We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
Shipping typically takes around 5 business days after your order has been processed. After you place an order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. If you have any issues, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If your product was damaged during shipping or you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at email@example.com.
At this time we are shipping within the United States and Canada. For orders shipping to Canada, we cover $5 towards the international shipping cost. Total shipping and taxes vary depending upon your location. We hope to expand to more countries soon. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know where you are!
You can cancel your order at any time. For subscriptions, you will receive an email reminder 3 days prior to your subscription renewal along with a link to edit, pause or cancel your subscription. For all orders, including one-time orders, you can also email us at email@example.com. Our customer service agents work Monday through Saturday morning and work hard to get back to requests as soon as they can, but given our quick processing and turnaround time, your order may process before it can be canceled. We will work with you to refund your order and return your item(s).
