SHIPPING
We offer free shipping on all domestic orders. We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

Shipping typically takes around 5-7 business days after your order has been processed. After you place an order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. If you have any issues, please email us at hey@areygrey.com.

RETURNS + REFUNDS
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, and will accept returns of unopened, unused items within 15 days of receiving your order. Returns have a handling fee of $5 per order. To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team at hey@areygrey.com and we will issue a prepaid shipping label for all US orders. For Canadian orders, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Processing time typically takes 5-7 business days after we have received your return, upon which we'll issue a credit to your original form of payment, less the $5 handling fee.

In rare cases where you do not receive your package, we will happily issue a replacement. We do not refund lost or stolen items. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
At this time we are shipping within the United States and Canada. For orders shipping to Canada, we cover $5 towards the international shipping cost. Total shipping and taxes vary depending upon your location. We hope to expand to more countries soon. Please email us at hey@areygrey.com to let us know where you are!

Tracking Your Progress

We recommend taking before and after photos to document your Arey journey. In order to accurately assess your progress, it’s important to see a few months of hair growth. In the first 1-2 months, Arey is working to treat the half an inch of hair growing under the scalp. Months 3-4 are where you’re likely to see less grey hair growth and the start of repigmentation. Below are some guidelines on how to take the best before & after photos.

DON'T

Photograph the side of your head. This makes it difficult to see new hair growth.

Take your before and after photos at the exact same angle and in the same light.

It is important to note that existing hair strands that have turned fully white indicate a complete loss of melanin in the root. These strands are unlikely to be repigmented. Please refer to the repigmentation chart on our How It Works page for a visual explanation.

If you have less than 30% grey and have consistently used Arey products as directed for 4 full months, and can provide before & after photos that show evidence that you have not seen any results*, please email us at hey@areygrey.com. Your before and after photos must be taken of the root of your hairline and at the same angle, with hair parted the same way, in similar light. If photos do not meet this criteria, we are unable to make an accurate assessment of your progress and cannot issue a refund. If your photos show no improvement, and you have less than 30% grey hair, we will issue a one-time refund for up to 4 months of purchases. Please note we are unable to issue refunds for products that were not purchased directly via our website. 

* Results may include stronger, healthier hair and scalp, thicker and fuller hair, or a decrease in grey hair growth. Please note repigmentation is not guaranteed, as results may vary based on each user's stage of pigment loss.

CANCEL ANYTIME
You can cancel your order at any time. For subscriptions, you will receive an email reminder 3 days prior to your subscription renewal along with a link to edit, pause or cancel your subscription. For all orders, including one-time orders, you can also email us at hey@areygrey.com. Our customer service agents work Monday through Saturday morning and work hard to get back to requests as soon as they can, but given our quick processing and turnaround time, your order may process before it can be canceled. We will work with you to refund your order and return your item(s).
